Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number?

No. A number can be on the app or on the API, not both at once. We move the number to the API during setup; chat history on the phone app isn't carried over.

Do I need a verified business?

Meta asks for business verification to unlock higher messaging limits. We guide you through the documents it needs.

What does Meta charge?

Meta charges per message by category, separately from your plan. See the current India rates on our pricing page.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses go live within 48 hours. Meta's verification can sometimes take longer.
