Can this work with my Shopify or WooCommerce store?

Direct Shopify and WooCommerce integrations aren't available in the panel yet. You can sell with the built-in store, or talk to us about your setup.

Will COD confirmation really reduce RTO?

Confirming orders before you ship lets you catch fake or impulsive orders early and nudge customers to prepay. Results depend on your products and customers.

Can I send offers to all my customers?

Only to customers who opted in to WhatsApp messages. Ask for opt-in at checkout.

What does each message cost?

Meta charges per template by category. Order updates are utility messages, which cost less than marketing ones. See our pricing page.
