This website and the aimonkbot service are operated by Harshman Digitalastic Services Pvt. Ltd. ("aimonkbot", "we", "us"). You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Details you give us: for example your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email and message when you fill in a form or book a demo.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser information, collected only if you allow analytics cookies.
- Messages: if you chat with us on WhatsApp, the content of that conversation.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, set up a demo and provide our service
- To send you WhatsApp or email updates only if you opted in; you can stop them any time by replying STOP
- To understand how our website is used and improve it (with your consent)
- To meet legal and tax obligations
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you agree in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode: it receives basic, anonymous signals (such as a page view) but stores nothing on your device and no identifier is set. You can change your choice any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business (for example hosting, email and our WhatsApp platform provider), under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer data for the duration of the contract plus any period required by law.
Your rights
