You can create an account and try the panel before you pay. The trial length and limits are shown when you sign up.
Monthly plans
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded for partly used months.
Yearly plans
You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. Yearly payments are not refunded for the unused part of the year.
Meta message charges
Charges for messages already sent through Meta can't be refunded, because they are passed on to Meta.
Setup fees and add-ons
Setup and onboarding work already done, and add-ons already used, are not refunded.
How to ask for a refund
Refunds are made where the law requires it or if we've charged you by mistake. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your account details and the payment in question. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
