This notice explains how Harshman Digitalastic Services Pvt. Ltd. ("aimonkbot", "we", "us") processes your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Read it with our privacy policy.
Data we process and why
We process the personal data you give us (such as name, phone or WhatsApp number, email and business details) to respond to you, provide our service and, with your consent, send you updates. Details are in the privacy policy.
Consent
Where we rely on your consent, we ask for it clearly (for example the checkbox on our forms and the cookie banner). You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by replying STOP on WhatsApp, using "Cookie settings" in the footer, or contacting us.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- Get a summary of your personal data we process and who we share it with
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data
- Have your grievances addressed
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to
Grievance officer
To exercise your rights or raise a grievance, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with the subject "DPDP request".
We will respond within the time required under the DPDP Act and its rules. If you're not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
