About these terms
These terms apply to your use of aimonkbot.com and the aimonkbot service provided by Harshman Digitalastic Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you agree to them.
The service
aimonkbot provides software for WhatsApp Business API messaging, chatbots, automations, CRM and related features. The WhatsApp Business API is provided by Meta; your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
Your responsibilities
- Only message people who have opted in to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests.
- Don't send spam, illegal content, or anything that breaks Meta's policies.
- Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Plans, payment and message charges
Plan prices are shown on our pricing page. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices exclude GST, which is added where it applies. Meta's message charges are separate and billed as described on the pricing page. If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. See our refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted, including by changes Meta makes to WhatsApp or by third-party outages.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for problems caused by Meta, mobile networks or other third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
